Ashley Brown
Ashley Brown has won both the TVNZ Young Musicians Competition and the National Concerto Competition. He holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Canterbury and an Artist Diploma from Yale University. Ashley is highly regarded as a soloist and has performed to audiences in London, Paris and New York. Formerly Cellist for the Turnovsky Trio and Principal Cellist with the Auckland Philharmonia, Ashley is currently Cellist with the New Zealand Trio. |

Jeffrey Crellin Jeffrey Crellin is currently the Principal Oboe with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, a position he has held since 1977, and Artistic Director (Music) of the Monash University Academy of Performing Arts. Jeffrey has made over 100 appearances as a concerto soloist with orchestras in Germany, France, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, including performances with the Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland, Tasmanian and Adelaide Symphony Orchestras, the Adelaide and Australian Chamber Orchestras and the Australian Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra which he also founded in 1990, holding the position of Artistic director for 17 years. |
